A secret bonus video from the ending of Metal Gear Solid 3, I believe. There character who's trying to off game's main character is Raiden, who was kinda the main character in Metal Gear Solid 2. He was met with a mixed reaction (Japan loved him while the US hated his guts) and was kind of forgotten about until reciently.
He has his own PSP game coming out next year, I think.
