Okay, I have no idea where I am in Bleach. Close to episode 30. We've encountered Ichimaru, whose snideness and smirking I immediately distrusted. I've also made up my mind to dislike every character who's mean to OneFive, so odds are I'll be frowning at a LOT of people.

Cloud: "People should be nice to Ichigo. He's nice, just grumpy." *makes grumpy face, giggles*
Genesis: "More importantly, we got our first glimpse of Captain Chibi. Can I have it?"
Sephy: "NO."
Cloud: "Shiro-chan!"

Cloud, does anyone but you call him that? I don't even remember his first name, but -

Cloud: *hums, twirls*
Sephy: "Almost bedtime."

In non-Choir news, Amarissia has been humorously attacked by a squirrel and put on Abilify. Um, those two events aren't related, though that would have made for a hilarious psychiatrist visit. Just letting you know that when clung to by a squirrel, gently shake it off and give it a soft scolding (or slightly loud, if you need to talk over Cloud squeeing), and I have a new medication to blame if my entries don't make sense. Also, it can apparently KO my kidneys, so gotta watch out for that. And have blood tests. GAH.

Zack: "I'd feel sorrier for you if you didn't put me through pervy, scary stuff all the time."

Blood tests. IN A LAB.

Zack: *being dangle-squeezed by Angeal* "Not fair."

Byakuya is... big meany. He has some nicer moments later on, though. Not much, but there´s something ;o)
But he´s just hilarious in the Golden cups, at the endings of the episodes - they start later on. It seems everyone wants to party at the Kuchiki estate XD And there are very funny moments with your chibi captain, too.
And it´s true a lot of people is mean to Ichigo ::frowns at them::

An ex got attacked by a squirrel once. INDOORS. The fuzzy git ran into a clothing store we were at in the middle of a busy shopping area (what trees?) and climb a dress hanging on the wall. His reaction was to grab it around the middle, pry it off, proceed to get his thumb munched, yell "YOU LITTLE FUCKING BASTARD", and whip it out the door into traffic. The subsequent trip to the ER to get a tetanus shot was the end of it, but left us and the med techs with an amusing story.

The squirrel was probably deeply traumatised and will never look at red and black jacquard the same way again.

I do have sympathy for you; I used to be a lot more squeamish about blood draws and needles. Having to do some of my own injections desensitized me pretty quick. Now they have to be really inept before it bothers me, like the hospital phlebotomist who left my arm looking like I'd been attacked by a toothless wolverine. Could've done a better job myself with a spork.

Oh, I always was crazy, now I just have to be a little more creative in my madness. I try not to take it out on Zack in Crisis Core too much. XD Go ahead and send the lads over. My birthday is Thursday and there will be ice cream and cake. They can even meet my in-laws. They're pretty cool, so don't terrorize them the way you do to my neighbors.

Yes yes... Ichimaru is a creepy one. I gave me the creeps... still does. Really, but if you watch the little Shinigami Illustration Book things whatever they are called at the end of the credits he can sometimes be entertaining and funny. Oh and don't worry, you'll hopefully warm up to these people... they aren't always mean. XD

I am also curious on your opinions of Byakuya, he is my original fav and is still one of my all time favs. Ah, dun worry... so many episodes to go and so many characters and people to come in contact with. XD

Oh yeah, you wont actually get to see much good in him for a couple more episodes. To be honest though... his uncaring jerkiness doesn't change much. XD

You might... he's a very interesting person and you do learn kind of why he is the way he is. He doesn't exactly change but once you learn more about him you might like him more.

Gin Ichimaru is indeed a creepy little sucker. I have yet to see an excuse for him, let alone a reason...as a character, he seems to exist only to show the difference between image and reality. He's uber creepy because he wears a mask that nobody can see. On that level, he's even creepier than Mayuri, who gives me Hojo-ish heebee jeebees. Mayuri at least wears his mask obviously.

Byakuya is extremely rulebound, and overly class conscious, as he'd been taught from childhood...Think warlord or head of a great house, in Japan, two centuries ago or so. There is some reason for his hideboundness that I won't spoil for you, but you'll find out about near the end of the Soul Society arc. It's not altogether due to the reasons I mentioned before...He really is a stubborn ass of a man, with a metaphorical pole up his butt and superiority complex a mile wide. He has a couple of redeeming qualities, one being his sheer elegant and effective badassedness, another being the ability to, with sufficient reason, change his mind. He gets a little better, at least around family.

But frankly, I think the reason most people like him is just that he's so damned pretty to look at! His voice actors don't hurt the smexiness either.

He is indeed a Sephy cousin, in that he's a rather cold and ambivalent figure...He may be one of the good guys, but he'll still wipe you off the face of the earth if you impune his honor.

On a side note, watch your blood sugar with abilify too...it can make some people functionally diabetic. If you start getting really thirsty of a sudden, or peeing a lot, head in to get it checked.

Ewwwwww, I hate blood tests (so why the HELL did I give blood????), but alas, I have only one kidney, so I'm always having stuff sucked out of me. Make sure you ask for a good nurse, I always do. Curse my deep veins, if I have a med student trying to DIG for them one more time, I'm going to bite someone.

At one point, they thought I had a blood disorder and ordered a bone marrow biopsy, which was THE MOST HORRENDOUS THING I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I almost cracked a tooth through the belt I was biting. No wonder my blood pressure skyrockets every time I go. AAAAAAAAAAAGH. That and a kidney biopsy. I hate having so much stuff wrong with me. :(
