Okay, I shall use three random anime fandoms:
Death Note - because it was my first anime.
1. The first character I first fell in love with: L
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Near. I had major anger issues with him during the first viewing. In fact, I called him Not-L for a while.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't: Probably Mello. I don't dislike him or anything, it's just that other people really seem to like him.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates: Mikami! SAKUJO!
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Can't think of one.
6. The character I would shag anytime: :) Sorry, I don't have that part of my brain.
7. The character I'd want to be like: Dear Gaia, what a selection. L, I guess?
8. The character I'd slap: Takada Kiyomi, a lot, HARD.
9. A pairing that I love: LXLight
10. A pairing that I despise: Anything involving Takada or Misa.
11. Favorite character: L
12. My five favorite characters: L, Light, Watari, Near, Mikami
13. My five least favorite characters: Misa, Takada, Naomi, Halle (can you tell I don't like female characters?), Higuchi
14. Which character I am most like: Probably Near. I tend to stick my head in something and ignore everyone.
15. My deep, dark fandom secret: I have written Ryuk/Light. *hides face*
Mirage of Blaze - because the gay reincarnated gropy samurai need our love, people.
1. The first character I first fell in love with: Takaya. His Pedo-Lure is worse than Zack's.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Probably Kotarou. He's kind of a bad guy, but I can't resist unintentionally hilarious autistic ninjas who, like me, are forced to deal with icky humans and their weirdo emotions.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't: Chiaki. I don't HATE hate him, I just want to to choke him.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates: Kenshin? I'm angry at him like many of the others, but EEEK TOASTY HAT.
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer: I was initially more focused on Yuzuru, until I realized he wasn't the main character. I still like him, but like most fans, I am very NAOE/KAGETORA NO ONE ELSE EXISTS.
6. The character I would shag anytime: See above.
7. The character I'd want to be like: Yike, I don't want to be like any of them, not with their angst levels. Also, I can't do that 'bai' thing with my fingers, I get them tangled.
8. The character I'd slap: Ujimasa. YOU ARE A BAD BIG BROTHER. Not like that. Well, maybe like that, who knows...
9. A pairing that I love: NAOE/KAGETORA (Kagetora including Takaya)
10. A pairing that I despise: Haruie with anyone...nothing personal, Haruie, it's just that you're a girl. At the moment. Switch back and we'll talk.
11. Favorite character: Kagetora/Takaya. I want to adopt him and hug him and give him plushies and cookies.
12. My five favorite characters: Kagetora/Takaya, Naoe, Yuzuru, Kokuryou, Kotarou.
13. My five least favorite characters: Morino, Yuiko, Sanjyou, what's-her-name who kept taking up space in the mirror arc, Ujimasa.
14. Which character I am most like: Kotarou? :) At least he gets to be a bad-ass ninja.
15. My deep, dark fandom secret: Gaia help me, I am going to learn kanji just for this addicting story...
Final Fantasy VII - because my OTP is here.
1. The first character I first fell in love with: Cloud.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Genesis. At first, I saw him very much as a villain...now he's largely comic relief.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't: Yuffie? Do people like her?
4. The character I love that everyone else hates: Do people hate Cait Sith's Moogle? I loved that thing.
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Hmmm...
6. The character I would shag anytime: See above.
7. The character I'd want to be like: I envy Zack's determination and good nature.
8. The character I'd slap: HOJO.
9. A pairing that I love: Angeal/Zack is my OTP. I like Seph/Cloud but can rarely read it anymore...basically, I can read Zack with anyone as long as he's on the bottom. Sorry, Zack.
10. A pairing that I despise: Anything with icky girls. :)
11. Favorite character: AGH, dude, they're standing right next to me!
12. My five favorite characters: Angeal, Zack, Cloud, Sephiroth, Genesis (the Choir)
13. My five least favorite characters: Hojo, Heidegger, Palmer, Scarlet, Elena
14. Which character I am most like: I probably identify the most with Aerith. *gestures to journal title*

AERITH! ♥ ♥ ♥ She's my favorite female character, maybe my favorite character overall--she and Cloud are pretty much tied in that regard. I always get so nervous about writing her, though...after all of the disgusting retcons she's gone through to be more "motherly", I feel like I have to treat her character with kid gloves to keep her IC...

I still love Seph/Cloud, it's just weird for me to read Cloud doing anything sexual. Choir!Cloud is chibi who blows bubbles and giggles and hugs me when I bring him pudding. It's gotten weird, you know?
Aerith is special to me because she's, like, the only female character in FFVII I can actually enjoy watching, rather than just be waiting for her to be done doing whatever she's doing. I can even laugh at her and Zack's 'date', at his hilarious attempt to be straight. :)
AGH! But it's awful! It's from way way back, and...gah, fine, I'll start typing it, but seriously, it's terrible. It's got Reeve in it! And Hojo! (Not together, not like that. In the same room, though.)
