Me: "That's okay, baby, he doesn't need to be. I doubt I could drag him away from Scripta's portal for a mere dialogue. I think he's trying to catch L in the shower or something."
Angeal: "Ha. Gen thinks he can outsmart a genius detective?"
Genesis: *from the portal room* "I can hear you, asswipes! How dare you imply that my love is less than pure and - damn, why does he keep closing the bathroom door? Why do you taunt me, my wide-eyed pet?"
Me: "Uh, right. Okay, now that the rest of us are present and in our sharing circle, Sephy, let's get started."
Sephy: *sighs, pulls Cloud onto his lap* "Very well."
Me: "You verify that Angeal is correct when he says that, prior to his pseudo-death, he and Zack were involved, in the fangirl-squee sense?"
Zack: *winces, rubs head*
Sephy: "Yes."
Me: "And the fact that Zack doesn't remember this is somehow due to you?"
Sephy: *glumly* "Yes."
Zack: "Ow."
Angeal: "Maybe we should stop."
Zack: "I'm fine. My head's killing me and I'm a little freaked - no offense, Angeal - but I'm fine. Keep going, Seph."
Angeal: "Potion first. Maybe it'll help."
Zack: "You're such a mother hen." *takes it*
Sephy: *cuddles Cloud* "I'm sorry. After Angeal died - "
Cloud: *makes air quotes with his fingers*
Sephy: " - Zack was distraught. He lost a friend, a teacher, and a - "
Cloud: *holds two fingers close together, pushes another finger between them suggestively*
Sephy: "Yes, indeed, though I hadn't planned to put it quite so crudely."
Zack: *stares, blinks*
Angeal: *pets him* "You didn't believe me, huh?"
Zack: "I didn't think you lied, I just..."
Sephy: "I am sorry."
Angeal: *muted glare* "How did you do it?"
Sephy: "A very complicated form of Wutainese hypnosis."
Me: "Seriously? You didn't zap him with an amnesia ray or something?"
Sephy: "Dr. Gast never got that one past the experimental stage."
Zack: "You...what...you...how..."
Cloud: "Zack's mouth is moving, but nothing's coming out."
Zack: "Oh, Gaia."
Sephy: "I understand if you cannot forgive me."
Zack: *shakes head, takes deep breath* "You complete moron. Don't be stupid."
Sephy: "You aren't angry?"
Zack: "Yes, I am, but I can't be for mor than a few minutes. Not at you, at least. You idiot. Haven't you ever heard of grief counseling, or maybe a nice fruit basket?"
Sephy: "Isn't that an anime?"
Zack: *rubs head, laughs* "This is pointless. It's like yelling at a faulty vending machine."
Sephy: "I deserve that, and more."
Zack: "You really do. Now I need more therapy. And I'd like my memories, please."
Sephy: "I...can't exactly do that."
Zack: "Are you serious? In that case, we can't just forget this."
Sephy: *bows head* "Of course. Name any act I may perform to show my contrition, and I'll do it."
Zack: *stands* "Don't be emo, Seph. Just apologize to Angeal. You screwed him over worse than me."
Angeal: *shakes head, smiles faintly*
Sephy: "I don't expect your forgiveness, old friend."
Angeal: "Well...you acted with good intent, you've taken care of him...add to that a fic-related punishment Amarissia and I will devise and we'll let it go."
Zack: *whispers* "Thank you, Angeal." *hugs* "Um, I'm sorry about everything."
Angeal: "Not your fault, Puppy. I suppose this makes things even more awkward for you."
Zack: "And you, huh?"
Angeal: "Amarissia, we're trying to have a moment here. Would you mind not staring like that?"
Me: "That's why I'm staring."
Angeal: "I guess we'll just keep things as they are, Seph?"
Zack: "But that's not fair to you!"
Angeal: "No other solution would be fair to you. It's okay."
Zack: "I'm a SOLDIER too, you know."
Angeal: "That doesn't mean you should have to sleep with your teacher."
Cloud: "Amarissia's making her plot-bunny face."
Zack: "Oh, hell." *crawls into Angeal's arms*
Me: "Sorry. I'll try to resist."
Cloud: "Can I go color?"
Sephy: "By yourself, with Genesis unchained?"
Cloud: "My limit gauge is at its max."
Sephy: "All right. If he gets within twenty steps, Omnislash."
Cloud: *bounces off*
Angeal: "Gen's not dumb enough to bother the little one."
Me: "Certainly not when he's getting Bottom!Sephiroth in the new multi-chapter."
Sephy: *glares* "About that, Amarissia - "
Me: "Uh, so you guys don't want to duel to the death or anything?"
Angeal: "That's not necessary. But if you want to make amends, Seph, here's your chance. I want equal-time joint custody, similar to our Decorum arrangement."
Zack: "Hey! I'm not some shared object you can pass back and forth! Why can't I just choose my own schedule? I won't neglect either of you."
Sephy: "Very well, Angeal. And if matters between the two of you should return to their previous state, I...won't object. As long as you don't try to take him completely away from me."
Zack: "Is anyone listening to me?"
Me: "I'm writing down what you say, if that helps."
Angeal: *pets* "How's your head, Zack?"
Zack: *sigh* "Better. But I'm tired of being Zack. Can you be Zack for a while?"
Angeal: "Sorry, no. A person should never love himself that much."
Zack: *smiles, hugs*
Me: *coughs, fake-trips, sends Sephy falling into them*
Zack: "Group hug!"
Angeal: "Don't stress, Seph. We're okay."
Sephy: *smile* "Thank you."
Genesis: "So, is this a bad time to bring up a new problem? Ooh, what a lovely SOLDIER-pile. May I join?"
Sephy: "No. What problem?"
Genesis: "Well, more like a situation. It may not be a problem. It may turn out very well. Especially if I get to keep it."
Zack: "Huh? This better not have to do with Cloud!"
Genesis: "Lower your bark, Puppy, Blondie's having a blast."
Me: "Uh, things shouldn't be happening without my knowledge."
Genesis: "It's no big deal. I thought I'd pop over to visit Scripta and my spiky-headed muse, but I sort of activated the wrong portal, and...well, something bouncy jumped out and is now coloring with Cloud."
Sephy: "WHAT?!" *dashes off*
Me: "Wait, wait, wait. Who?"
Genesis: "I don't recall the name. It's cute, though. Loud and obnoxious and I think it's been dropped on its head. Can I have it?"
Angeal: "Did he say anything?"
Genesis: "Something 'na no da'?"
Me: "O. MI. GOD. To the portal room!"

Cloud: "Hi, guys! You get to meet my new friend too! This is Ryu-chan and his friend - "
Ryuichi: "Kumagoro na no da!"
Me: *fangirl shriek*
Sephy: "Apparently, Genesis opened the Gravitation portal by mistake. He seems to be harmless enough, fortunately."
Cloud: "This is Genesis, Angeal, Zack, and Amarissia. They're my friends too. Except Genesis, I'm not supposed to talk to him."
Ryuichi: "Kuma-chan says he can't be trusted na no da."
Me: *fangirl shriek*
Zack: "Uh, nice to meet you."
Ryuichi: "Hi! Kuma says hi too. What's the shrieky lady's name again, Cloudy-chan?"
Cloud: "Amarissia. She's American."
Ryuichi: "Like K! Do you have a lot of guns, or just one?"
Me: "None. You don't see me asking you about Godzilla, do you?"
Ryuichi: "Look, Kuma-zilla!" *makes Kumagoro growl and stomp on the floor*
Sephy: "Hmm. Angeal?"
Angeal: "I think he's one of those idiot savants."
Ryuichi: "You sound like Yuki-san. He's a meanie. Kuma-chan says it's just because he's sad, and that's sad. I tried to help him be sparkly again, but he was mean and Nori-chan had to yell at him."
Cloud: "Don't worry, Angeal's nice."
Me: "Squee! Do 'Sleepless Beauty'!"
Ryuichi: *sings while continuing to color*
Zack: "Wow."
Angeal: "Amazing."
Sephy: "Yes, but what if Amarissia gets attached?"
Me: *squeezes* "I shall call you...Honeybun!"
Ryuichi: *giggles* "That's silly na no da."
Cloud: "Amarissia has trouble with the first syllable of your name."
Ryuichi: "That's okay. I can't write it very well...but look! I drew you and me, Cloudy-chan, and we're shiny!"
Cloud: "Yay!"
Me: "Guys, this is perfect. Now Cloud will have a playmate to hang out with while we're all busy with the new multi-chapter."
Genesis: *evil grin* "So, we're keeping it?"
Sephy: "You know Cloud's friends are off-limits, Genesis."
Ryuichi: "I can't stay all the time. Nori-chan and Touma will get worried and send K, and he'll shoot you all, and me and Kuma'll be sad."
Cloud: "But you can come sometimes, right? At night, while Amarissia is writing?"
Ryuichi: "Okay na no da!"
Genesis: "Hmm, maybe you and I can be friends too? Special friends?"
Ryuichi: *blink* "KUMAGORO BEAM!"
Genesis: "Agh! Did you see that?! The brat hit me with his stuffed rabbit!"
Sephy: "Tormenting Genesis already? He fits in well."
Me: "Okay, Honeybun, consider yourself an honorary Choir member!"
Ryuichi: "Did you hear that, Kuma-chan? They sing too! SHINY!"
Me: "Uh, not exactly. Excuse us while we explain, everyone."
Zack: "Welcome to angst-world, buddy. Prepare yourself for creepy pairings."
Me: *grumble* "They're not always creepy."

Angeal: "And Zack is already somebody important."
Sephy: "Oh, get a room, you two." *stalks off*

Heh. He's still adjusting to having to share Zack. Purely in theory, of course, because Zack is still adjusting too and to my great disappointment, Angeal won't simply jump him.

Genesis: "I say we open that portal! There's so many potential victims...er, new friends, waiting for me in there."
Me: "Hmm, maybe we can get our Turk friends to open the lock..."

I can't start posting until I'm more ahead than that, though, so it'll be a little while.

She probably would think that Seph is Gunter, Angeal is Gwendal, Zack is Yuri, and Cloud is Wolfram and lots of experiments and potions shall ensue!
