A Post-Victory Posting

Okay, I'm dragging myself away now to do some much-needed writing, so wish me luck. :)

One last thing, though - I've finally gotten around to posting chapter one of my very first Mirage of Blaze fic up on ff.net. Anyone who's interested may find it here. Don't worry, FF is still my priority.

Speaking of FF, I have triumphed over Final Fantasy X-2, after much suffering of estrogen-overdose, much frustrated shrieking, several disappointingly easy final battles, and an ending which - while still not the joy that FFX, FFVII and FFVIII were - made it all worthwhile. But remind me to never again play a game with only female playable characters, okay?

OOOOOH.

Yatte...*defeated by kanji*...atta omedetou, amarishia...

HEE! Thank you!

I must spend more time keeping the kana memorized, it gives me such a surge of glee to be able to read it... :)

The kanji reads as "owatta" and is the past-positive form of "owaru" or to "end/finish" The "yatte" is from the very "yaru" or to do (really informal/for non-living things) but also "yaru" as in "geemu yaru" or "play a game." So, it goes into "For playing it and finishing it, congrads, Amarissia." It's not proper written Japanese though, since it's written as one might say it. Hope this helps! :)
